"STAR  LAKE" ETHYL MALTOL--suggested dosage
Usage: One gram Ethyl maltol need to be dissolved in 55ml  water or 10ml of 95% ethanol or 17ml propylene glycol, and then applications in the products according to formula.
Notes: Ethyl maltol must be applied in the post-production process, and should be added together with the other flavor when applied in the drinking and wine. It is easy to occur the chemical reaction between Ethyl maltol and ferric ion. If Ethyl maltol accesses to the ironware, the product will gradually turn red. So please note that Ethyl maltol should not be stored in iron container, only suitable for storing in glass or plastic container.
